Wray & Nephew Limited will only cover the cost for flights, accommodations, per diem, and transportation to and from the airport to the hotel, in its sole discretion, at a monetary amount of Two Thousand Four Hundred United States Dollars (USD $2,400.00). J. Wray & Nephew will not be responsible for any other costs such as meals, events, or activities outside of the scheduled itinerary. Winner shall solely be responsible for any other costs that may arise including but not limited to hotel incidentals (mini-bar, laundry, phone calls, etc). Winners shall be responsible for travel insurance (including medical coverage) and for complying with any travel notices/advisories.
